- Merrimack County Superior Court - $80,000 settlement in a ski lift injury case.
Attorney Pellerin's Current Events:
Pellerin in Hopkinton - Open Space Committee obtain voter approval for Town land purchase.
Bryan Pellerin was reconfirmed by the Hopkinton selectman in the winter of 2004 for a three year term on the Hopkinton Open Space Committee. The Hopkinton Open Space Committee selects property for consideration by voters for acquisition to protect open space in the Town of Hopkinton. Has special town meeting held on September 15, 2004 the voters of the Town of Hopkinton voted to acquire three parcels of land totaling 96 acres for mine price of $750,000. the five member Open Space Committee selected the parcels and negotiated with the property owners for their acquisition prior to obtaining selectman approval and approval by the voters of the Town of Hopkinton for their purchase.
Pellerin assistance Velie Memorial Fund in Negotiation with Town of Newbury.
Bryan Pellerin recently assisted the Velie Memorial Fund in negotiating a Letter of Intent to construct a playground in a joint effort with the Town of Newbury. The Velie Memorial Fund is a nonprofit entity established in loving memory of Currie Hill and little Joe Velie. The non profit group plans to build a park as a tribute to the Velie family in the Fishers field park in Newbury, NH. Now that the letter of intend has been signed by the Velie Memorial Fund and the Town of Newbury the parties will negotiate and produce a development agreement outline the terms of the playground. Pellerin is donating his time for this effort.
