Couser Retires as Member of Board of Directors of Christian Legal Society

Dick Couser will retire this fall as a member of the Board of Directors of the Christian Legal Society after ten years of service.  He was President from 1998 - 2000 and Secretary from 2002 - 2004.  Christian Legal Society is a national organization of Christian attorneys, law students, law professors and judges.  It is one of the most respected voices in our nation's courts and legislatures with respect to religious liberty advocacy, brings legal services to the poor through its programs in nearly 100 cities and promotes fellowship and the integration of faith and law practice through law school chapters, local attorney groups, and promotion of Christian understandings of jurisprudence in the academic community.

Dick is also Vice President of Mount Zion Christian Schools, Inc., a start-up Christian school system in New Hampshire that opened its doors in September of 2004 with 150 students.
