:: 09/11 - The firm obtained reversal in the New Hampshire Supreme Court of

               a trial court ruling ordering the firm's client, Ravenna, to construct a drainage

               line across its completed and occupied commercial real estate development.

               In Appletree Mall Associates v. Ravenna Investment Associates,

               September 15, 2011, the New Hampshire Supreme Court ruled that the

               plaintiff Appletree did not have a valid easement, thereby eliminating the

               possibility of the substantial expense, disruption and inconvenience of

               complying with the trial court's order.

:: 09/11 - 100% Best Lawyers in America - All of the attorneys in DCPA have

               been recognized for the 2012 edition of The Best Lawyers in America.

:: 08/11 - The firm obtained a jury verdict in a major construction case in the amount

               of $1.5 million for a construction contractor against the State of

               New Hampshire.

:: 08/11 - The firm has been retained to create a new EB-5 Regional Center, under

               the Immigrant Investor Pilot Program created by Section 610 of

               Public Law 102-395, to stimulate the U.S. economy through job creation

               and capital investment by alien investors.


:: 07/11 - DEW Construction started construction of Phase Two of the Medical Office

               Building in Penacook Village, Concord, NH, for which the firm provided all

               legal services. Construction of Phase One is nearing completion.

:: 06/11 - A wrongful death case, on which the firm worked for 1½ years, was settled

               for a payment of $2.2 million to the firm’s client.

:: 05/11 - Construction commenced for a 10,000 s.f. Dollar Tree Store on Loudon Road

               in Concord, N.H. Project approvals, loan closing, construction contracts and

               related work were obtained by Ray D’Amante for the property owner.

:: 04/11 - The firm obtained approvals for a 8,900 s.f. retail complex adjacent to the

               Steeplegate Mall in Concord, NH to include three nationally-branded stores.

:: 04/11 - DEW Construction broke ground in the Village of Penacook, N.H. to construct

               a 14,000 s.f. Medical Office Building (MOB) for Concord Hospital. Ray D’Amante

               represented DEW in the acquisition of the MOB property from the City of

               Concord, including the resolution of over 60 title issues encountered during

               the title examination and related matters.

:: 03/11 - The firm settled a personal injury case with a payment of $1.925 million

               to the firm’s client.

:: 03/11 - Ray D’Amante became a member of the Concord Regional Advisory Board

               of the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation. The Foundation is the 25th largest

               private foundation in the United States with assets exceeding $475 million.

:: 03/11 - Ray D’Amante represented Intervenors before the Department of Energy

               (DOE) Public Scoping Meetings in Pembroke and Plymouth, New Hampshire

                in connection with the application of Northern Pass for a Presidential Permit

                for the 1200 megawatt, $1.1 billion Transmission Line, followed by the

                submission of written testimony to the DOE in Washington, D.C.

:: 11/10 - Ray D’Amante successfully represented three separate clients, who,

               as a result of that representation, were awarded Intervenor status by the

               United States Department of Energy (DOE) in Washington, D.C., in connection

               with the application of Northern Pass to the DOE for a Presidential Permit to

               cross the Canadian/United States International Boundary to construct a 1200

               megawatt, $1.1 billion dollar electrical Transmission Line in New Hampshire.


:: 10/10 - Bryan Pellerin represented a Seller in a $1.7 million sale of self-storage

               real estate and business assets.

:: 09/10 - Ray D'Amante recently participated in the Casey Family Services 2010

               Financial Wellness Fair in Concord, NH, presenting a seminar on Estate Planning.

:: 09/10 - D’Amante Couser Pellerin & Associates, P.A. is pleased to announce

               that Attorney Steven A. Solomon has joined the firm.

:: 08/10 - Bryan Pellerin obtained Land Sales Full Disclosure Act Registration for

               85 lot subdivision in the Lakes Region.

:: 06/10 - U.S. News and World Report has selected DCPA as one of the

               "Best Law Firms" in the United States in the category of Land Use and

                Zoning - First-Tier.

:: 06/10 - A Development Agreement has been executed between the City of Concord

               and DEW CONSTRUCTION of Williston, VT for the construction of a medical

               office building for CONCORD HOSPITAL at the old tannery, redevelopment,

               brownfields, site in the downtown area of Penacook.  Ray D'Amante provided

               legal services in connection with the negotiation and drafting of the

               Development Agreement and the future construction of the project. 

:: 06/10 - DCPA has been engaged to obtain development approvals for VISTA PARK,

               a 150,000+/- s.f. retail development at Exit 5 on Interstate 93.

:: 06/10 - The firm has been engaged by Mount Washington Union, LLC to obtain

               approvals for a 80 +/- acre retail/business center at Exit 11 on Interstate 93.

:: 05/10 - Ray D'Amante has been engaged to provide various legal services to construct

               RIVERWALK at Loon Mountain in Lincoln, NHRIVERWALK will be a first-class,

               mixed-use resort development, including 170 suites, restaurants, retail shops,

               a conference center, and a health club and spa, with a ski lift to the base of

               South Mountain. The Project may include Tax Increment Financing (TIF).

:: 05/10 - Ray D'Amante obtained conditional final approval from the Concord Planning

               Board for the condominium conversion of SCANDIA HALL, which was

               constructed in 1862 as a school house.  This project will preserve and restore

               this historically significant neighborhood property, which has been

               abandoned since the early 1990's.

:: 05/10 - NH Supreme Court Major Land Use Decision - Plymouth, NH LOWE'S.  DCPA

               represented LOWE'S in obtaining approvals for the project.

:: 04/10 - DCPA engaged by CLEAN POWER DEVELOPMENT, LLC to provide legal

               representation in connection with obtaining easements and other legal

               work for its $110,000,000 BioMass Plant in Berlin, NH.

:: 04/10 - Ray D’Amante has again been selected for recognition in the 2010 Super

               Lawyers publication of the top attorneys in Real Estate and Construction in

               the United States in the category of Land Use and Zoning.

:: 03/10 - Bryan Pellerin elected as a member of the Hopkinton Board of Selectmen.

:: 02/10 - Ray D’Amante again recognized as one of the Best Lawyers in America in Land

               Use and Zoning Law and Real Estate Law by Woodward & White.

:: 02/10 - Ray D’Amante and Bryan Pellerin complete training to obtain a Preferred

:: 02/10 - Both the firm and Ray D'Amante, individually have once again been

               top ranked for real estate and land use and zoning law by

               Chambers and Partners Legal Publishers for 2010. Chambers is an

               independent, objective rating service whose recommendations are based

               on interviews with clients and other attorneys.

:: 09/09 - DCPA sponsors 2009 Scottish International Heavyweight Athletics at the

               New Hampshire Highland Games.

:: 09/09 - Dan Ford of the USA wins the D'Amante Cup.

:: 05/09 - SIENA-BODWELL - a Joint Venture engages the firm to provide legal work

               for Windsor Square, a 127,000+ s.f. commercial/restaurant development

               on Loudon Road in Concord, New Hampshire.  The project includes a

               Development Agreement with the City of Concord, the acquisition of surplus

               state land, the partial discontinuance and relocation of a city street and

               obtainaing all approvals and leases

:: 04/09 - DCPA engaged to provide various legal and consulting services for a

               100,000 s.f. Perishable Air-Cargo Terminal and a 200,000 s.f. General

               Air Cargo Terminal together valued at $38,000,000 at the Portsmouth (NH)

               International Airport at Pease on a 34 acre site.

:: 04/09 - Ray D'Amante obtained approval from the Lebanon Planning Board for the

              construction of three research and development buildings of 22,000 s.f. 

              each as the first phase of the development of a new office/research and

              development park at the airport in Lebanon, NH - the UPPER VALLEY

              TECHNOLOGY PARK.

:: 09/08 - Ray D'Amante engaged to conduct due diligence and advise on the

               feasibility of converting the former RIVERBEND MILL factory in Franklin, NH to

               residential condominiums.  The RIVERBEND MILL facility is the initial project

               for the revitalization of downtown Franklin, NH and is a part of the new

               Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District.

:: 09/08 - DCPA sponsors 2008 Scottish International Heavyweight Athletics at the

               New Hampshire Highland Games.

:: 09/08 - Stefan Petursson of Iceland wins the D'Amante Cup.

:: 04/08 - DCPA assisted in the establishment of the Groveton Regional Economic

               Action Team (GREAT) to provide leadership in economic development in the

               region.  DCPA services were provided pro bono for the regional business

               community, including obtaining IRC § 501(c)(3) approval as a non-profit

               entity.

:: 03/08 - McDONALD’S opening, Loudon Road, Concord, NH.  This project involved

               the construction of a new McDonald's at the site of the 1,500th

               McDonald's constructed in the USA.

:: 02/08 - WALGREENS ground breaking - Ray D'Amante revised the original layout to

               eliminate all eight variances and special exceptions initially needed for

               the original design.  All ZBA hearings were eliminated.  Ray also obtained the

               Planning Board approvals.

:: 02/08 - DCPA provided legal services in connection with the creation of the

               SHINGLE SHANTY PRESERVE AND RESEARCH STATION in the Adirondack

               Mountains in upstate New York.  The work included the acquisition by the

               Potter Family of 17,000 acres of former family land, which was added to

               11,000 acres still owned by the family to establish contiguous holdings of

               28,000 acres, including Brandreth Lake and obtaining IRC § 501(c)(3)

               non-profit status for the entity. SHINGLE SHANTY has dedicated the 17,000

               acres to be used for long term environmental studies.  A Scientific

               Advisory Board has been created to evaluate proposals for environmental

               research at the PRESERVE.

:: 02/08 - Ray D'Amante engaged to conduct due diligence and advise on the

               feasibility of acquiring and expanding the RIVERMILL office, commercial and

               restaurant project in Lebanon, NH.
